Priester’s Pecans Fundraiser!

This is a great, seasonally appropriate product for our program to sell!
On Wednesday, November 1st, we will begin our Priester’s Pecans fundraiser!
Orders will be due by Wednesday, November 15th.
We’ve set our fundraiser itinerary to give plenty of time for the product to come in before winter break. We anticipate it will be in by December 13th.
Proceeds from this sale will go into the general fund for two reasons.
- The nature of the fundraiser.
  - The profit percent varies from item to item.
  - We must order all items in complete cases. The choir will cover the initial cost to complete cases and then sell the extra inventory after it has arrived.
- Cushion for upcoming expenses including: uniforms, trip deposits, winter concert costs, accompanist fees.

Charms

Charms information sheets went home last quarter so that students could share their Username and Password with their parents.

- Your student has set their password.
  - If your student has forgotten their password and cannot recover it, then please send me an email, watersp@santarosa.k12.fl.us, asking me to reset their password back to their username.

Our Winter Concert date is set for December 14th, 2017 @ Immanuel Baptist Church.
Various seasonal performance opportunities are TBA!

Upcoming Spectating Opportunities
The season to begin observing concerts by other choirs is almost here! If you are interested in attending with us as a chaperone, please email Mr. Waters, watersp@santarosa.k12.fl.us.

The UWF Singers will host their Fall Concert on Monday, November 20th at 7:30pm in the UWF Music Hall.
Pensacola Opera’s Madama Butterfly on Wednesday, January 24th, 2018.
Pensacola Opera’s Man of La Mancha on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018.
